Welcome home, Phoenix and Moby

In honor of Zoe Rosenberg and in partnership with Direct Action Everywhere, we rescued two turkeys from a factory farm. These turkeys were spared and given the chance of life in sanctuary, where they’ll never know the harm they would have one day faced without being rescued.

We named them Phoenix and Moby, after two incredible humans who have also been speaking up for Zoe and the right to rescue lately. Both Joaquin Phoenix and Moby do great work in speaking up for the animals, to help inspire others to choose more compassionate lifestyles, for the animals. They’re both an inspiration and reminder that speaking up for them and giving them a chance of freedom can really make an impact and inspire more people than you might think.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this rescue happen: Direct Action Everywhere, Jeremy Beckham, Alyssa Poulsen, and all the activists out there fighting for a better world for all beings. Together, we can create a more compassionate world for all.
